Expert Witness and MWS Reports

At Marine Sea Services, we subcontract on a case by case basis to the legal sector on behalf of claimants. We provide in-depth expert witness reports for claimants that are in dispute with professional services that they have engaged in with regards to their vessel. This can be done by attendance or remotely using presented evidence that can be studied to assist in compiling a report.

We also subcontract on a case by case basis for insurance companies assessing and reporting on damage and loss claims. This is done by attendance giving expert advise within the report and advising if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity present.

​MWS services are available directly or through third party companies. At Marine Sea Services, we provide independent third-party review and approval within the renewables and civil marine projects. Approving documentation, procedures, suitability surveys, audits and approval of vessels involved.
